Up for sale is beautiful vintage Gruen Precision Autowind wristwatch, gold plated case with Speidel expansion band, watch is in running condition, about 30-45 seconds loss(slow) after running for 24 hours, brought it over 20 years and seems still keep good time although it was NOT serviced for over 20 years, a SOLD-AS-IS item! Case : Rose gold plated - dirty with stains/scuff marks, numerous scratches, case color is faded due to ageing and wear, stainless steel case back marked "GRUEN AUTOMATIC WATERPROOF STAINLESS STEEL BACK SHOCK RESISTANT". Comes with a gold tone Speidel expansion band.
Crystal : Plastic, numerous scratches on surface and may easy to fall out.
Dial : Metallic 2 tone dial with textured finish, baton/arabic numerals index with outer minute division, signed "GRUEN PRECISION AUTOWIND", slightly dirty with few stains/marks and paint off. Oxidation on the hour and minute hand.
Movement : Gruen automatic movement caliber 62755, 17 Jewels, 3 adjustments, balance is running good, signed "GRUEN WATCH CO 62755 SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS AUTOWIND -PRECISION 3 ADJUSTMENTS", slightly dirty with few scuff marks.
Accuracy: About 30-45 second loss(Slow) after running for 24 hours.
Service: NOT service/oiling for over 20 years.
