19th CENTURY | SILVER HUNTER CASE | CYLINDER ESCAPEMENT
Up for sale is beautiful silver hunter case PW, beautiful enamel dial with floral decoration, crack and chips at 45 min position, unsigned bar type movement with cylinder escapement, watch is in running condition but accuracy not timed, a SOLD-AS-IS item! Please refer to all the photos.

DESCRIPTION:
Year : 19th Century
Size : Approx. 42mm, excluding stem.
Case : Sterling silver with engine tuning, it has a hinged inner, front & back cover which all works fine, but the front cover does not closed fit just because of the glass is not original(may be too thick or the cuvette not fit) otherwise all other closure shut tightly, back & inner cover both signed "20546", stamped with full hallmarks, few dirt with normal wear and marks.
Crystal : Glass but NOT original, it was glued to the bezel.
Dial : Fancy enamel dial with gold tone floral decoration, crack and chips at 41-47 minutes position, very faint hairline, both foot of the dial are missing, gold tone spade hands, red color Roman numerals with outer scale.
Movement : Key wind key set unsigned gilt bar movement, cylinder escapement with 8 jewels, running condition but accuracy not timed, gold balance and balance staff is OK. (Does NOT comes with key)
Overall a elegant pocket watch with working movement, believe that it will be a beautiful gem after cleaning, replacing a suitable glass and restoration of the dial.
