Up for sale is beautiful vintage rare cylinder escapement wristwatch, watch is in running condition, about 3 minutes gain(faster) after running for 24 hours, brought it over 20 years a SOLD-AS-IS item! Please refer to all the photos and descriptions.

DESCRIPTION:

Size : 33mm x 33mm, excluding crown & lugs.

Functions : Time, subsidiary second.

Case : Base metal case, inner case back marked "L99", emblem with a horse marked "NIZAM SWISS MADE" on case back, dirty with stains/scuff marks, numerous scratches.

Crystal : Plastic, seems it was glued to bezel and may easy to fall out.

Dial : White enamel dial signed "A.1. DARLINGTON SWISS MADE", few dirt and stains, faint hairline, cracks & chips at 51-54 minutes. Beautiful and elegant hands, with blue steel seconds hand. Black Roman numerals with outer scale and subsidiary seconds dial.

Movement : Crown wind pin set unsigned gilt bar movement, cylinder escapement with 9 jewels, running condition but accuracy not timed, gold? balance and balance staff is OK.

Accuracy: About 3-3.5 minute gain(faster) after running for 24 hours.

Service: NOT service/oiling for over 20 years.

Overall a beautiful vintage cylinder wristwatch, believe that it will be a stunning great and beautiful gem after cleaning and replacement of crystal.
