Up for sale is beautiful fancy PW, comes with a gold plated beautifully engraved decorative hunter case, lever escapement, few hairline on white porcelain dial with elegant gold tone filigree hands, watch is in running condition but accuracy not timed, a SOLD-AS-IS item! DESCRIPTION:
Year : 20th Century
Size : 52mm, excluding stem.
Case : Decorative beautifully engraved gold plated hunter case, it has a hinged cuvette, front & back and all works fine, case closure shut tightly, unsigned front & back cover.
Crystal : Glass - seems NOT original and was glued to the bezel.
Dial : White enamel dial with few hairline on 53-5minutes position, dirty with stains. Elegant gold(?) filigree hands. Black Arabic numerals with outer minutes scale and subsidiary seconds dial.
Movement : Pendant wind and lever set, unsigned, lever escapement with 13 jewels, in good running condition but accuracy not timed, compensation balance with blue steel hairspring, balance staff is OK.
Overall a beautiful fancy pocket watch in running condition, believe that it will be a stunning great and beautiful gem after cleaning and replacement of a suitable glass.
