Bombé Centenary Watch
Hand-crafted in polished steel, the Centenary watches preserves the crown design of the earlier Dunhill watches. This model features a stunning bombé sapphire glass and unusual cubist arabic numerals.
Up for sale is beautiful vintage Dunhill Bombé Centenary wrist watch, I'm the 1st hand owner and just wear it for few months only and then it was kept in my cabinet for over 25 years, clean appearance and all function in good working order but gain about 20-40 seconds after running for 24 hours, comes with box, certificate and a promotion leaflet, a SOLD-AS-IS item! Case : Beautiful Bombé stainless steel, case back marked "SWISS MADE MECHANICAL 90 10278 NSMV WATER RESISTANT 30M", dirty with stains and wear, few scratches.
Band/Strap : All original - Austria Hirsch genuine leather with Dunhill buckle marked "AUSTRIA dunhill 1900 AS", dirty with stains and wear.
Crystal : Sapphire glass.
Dial : Original silver grey dial signed "DUNHILL" with beautiful blue steel hand set and cubist arabic numerals.
Movement : Mechanical Manual wind.
Accuracy: Roughly gain 20-40 seconds after running for 24 hours.
Service: NOT service/oiling for over 25 years.
Packaging : Comes with original inner box and outer paper box, certificate and a promotional leaflet, all are very dirty with stains.
Overall a very beautiful vintage classic wristwatch, believe that it will be a stunning great and beautiful gem after cleaning.
