Swiss Vintage Movado Calendograf Triple Calendar Wrist Watch

Up for sale is beautiful vintage Movado triple calendar housed with a 475(SC) calibre, this is a 36mm version with sweep seconds, watch is in running condition but loss about 30-50 seconds after running for 24 hours, dirty dial. it has been store in my cabinet and was not serviced for 30 years, so it may need minor adjustment and a complete overhaul is recommended, a SOLD-AS-IS item! DESCRIPTION:

Size : Ø36mm, excluding crown & lugs.

Functions : Time, date, month, day of the week, sweep second.

Case : Beautiful Rose gold bezel and rose gold on top of the lugs, stainless steel case and back, inner case back marked "STAINLESS STEEL  FAB.SUISSE  A484974  14856", dirty with stains and wear, numerous scratches and repair marks inside.

Band/Strap : Aftermarket genuine leather.

Crystal : Plastic.

Dial : Handsome 2-tone original silvered dial, outer red scale to 60 seconds and inner dark blue date numbers, raised Arabic gold numerals for hours, red sweep second, red arrow tip pointer date, apertures for day of the Week and Months, signed "MOVADO   SWITZERLAND" - very dirt with lot of stains, light scratches, slightly oxidation and paint off.

 

Movement : Movado manually wound calibre 475 SC movement, 15 Jewels, triple calendar for displaying date, day of the week & month and sweep seconds, balance is in running conditions. Signed "MOVADO FACTORIES  15 FIFTEEN JEWELS  SWISS MADE". Few dirt with stains/scuff marks, slightly oxidation.

Accuracy: Roughly loss 30-50 seconds after running for 24 hours. 

Service: NOT service/oiling for over 30 years.

Overall a very beautiful vintage Movado calendograf wristwatch, believe that it will be a stunning great and beautiful gem after cleaning/adjustment.
