<< Ferrari >> During the Geneva, Switzerland Motor Show in March 1995, Ferrari showed their new F50 super sports car. Packed with Ferrari’s latest automative technology, gleaned from their recent Formula-One racing expertise, the F50 was designed to be a “street-legal racing machine” in the truest sense of the word. This Ferrari F50’s highly rigid centre monocoque section was fabricated from hi-tech carbon fibre composites. The engine/gearbox unit is firmly bolted to this monocoque and works as a load-carrying element, just as on their F-1 racing machines. The normally aspirated, 4.7 later V-12 cylinder engine uses five valves per cylinder and yields an amazing 520 horsepower at 8,500rpm. The double wishbone suspension system is connected to the electronically controlled shock absorbers via pushrods. The chassis underside is completely flat, with upsweep at the rear end that act as a diffuser. The Pininfarina designed body shell was purposely sculptured for excellent aerodynamics, yet retains Ferrari’s traditional automotive grace. By using a removable roof, made from composite material, the car can be converted into a “Barchette” (open-top) or “Berlinetta”(couple). Ferrari’s top models have all been destined to become true automotive legends and the F50 will be no exception.

• Box is in VERY POOR condition, very dirty with stains, scuff marks, box wear and dent, greased panel, few damages on box corner & edges.
• Content : Complete, unassembled, never been display. Brand new in box, all contents had never been taken out of box.
• Car is still factory mounted on plastic mount/styrofoam with plastic film.
• Pre-painted metal body is in good conditions but few dust and dirt inside.
• The protective polyethylene foam film and plastic ribbon are damaged.
• Factory sealed instruction manual - wrinkled and yellowed
• A beautiful, massive and awesome kit, a must have item for both model builder and collector!
