γ About the Porsche 934 γThe Porsche 934 was the road-going version of a race car that was developed to complete in the FIA Group 4 racing category. Based on the Porsche 930, the race car was dominant in its class and won numerous races around the world. The race version 934 was Tamiya's first R/C car, and sold 100,000 units within a year of release. A special road-going version was then released to commemorate this achievement.
